Much interest was aroused in Cincinnati by the cable dispatches received in Ame- rica from London regarding the will of the Dowager Duchess of Manchester. It was learned that the dowager dnchess, in her last will and testament, just probated, left her entire estate to the cuadren _ ot the Duke of Manchester and Helena, his wife,Formerly Miss Zimmerman, of Cincinnati, The estate is estimated at between £1,000,000 and £1,200,000. Two-thirds cf the estate go to the eldest son, Viscount Mandeville, when he becomes the tenth Duke of Manchester. In the event of his death before he succeeds to the title the two-thirds go to the second son,ord Eugene Fernando Montague. Viscount Mandeville, upon becoming the tenth duke of Manchester, will get, in addition, Tandagree Castle, and-all the property on the west coast of Ireland and considerable town property belonging to the Manchester estate. He will also get Kimbolton and Brandon Castles, these last two places covering ,about 25,000 acres within 50 mi e3 of London. Kimbolton Castle is the historic castle of the family. The Duke and Duchess-of Manchester get the income oi the estate as long as they live and a town house in London. The other third of the estate is left in trust for the three remain- ing children of the Duke and Duchess of Manchester.
